Data Deletion

You may ask BRICK to access or delete personal information we control, including information handled through our Instagram automation.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@buildwithbrick.co.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address connected to BRICK and, if the request concerns Instagram, your Instagram username.
4. Tell us whether you want specific information deleted or all personal information BRICK controls.

What happens next

We may ask for limited information to confirm that the request belongs to you. After verification, we will search the BRICK systems and service-provider records we control, including relevant Systeme.io records and n8n automation data.

We will delete or anonymize eligible information and aim to confirm completion within 30 days. A complex request may take longer. If so, we will tell you.

What may remain

We may keep limited records when needed for law, security, fraud prevention, payment records, dispute resolution, or proof that we honored your request. Information held by Meta, Instagram, Skool, payment providers, or other platforms for their own purposes must be managed through those platforms.

Instagram automation data

A deletion request may cover Instagram account IDs, usernames, comments, message data, media or post identifiers, automation logs, and related records that BRICK controls. BRICK does not sell Instagram user data.
